CREATE YOUR MOMENT

Go deep in thought. Then create a moment when your ideal situation is as you would like it to be. Imagine to yourself that you are seeing it through your own eyes what you would see if this situation were as you wanted. Also remember you can create your focus and visualisation.

Dream it.  Visualisation goes a long way. Witness it as it’s happening in the current moment.  Be sure to entertain your idea.  Also notice who is there and what this picture is like.

INVOLVE YOUR SENSES

Let’s involve more senses. Pay attention to the sounds that you can hear and consider how you feel about this situation.  In fact create how you want to feel.  Do this as you are experiencing it exactly, and how you would prefer it to be. And be aware of how your body talks

SELF TALK

Think about how you speak to yourself as you are seeing and hearing and feeling this visualisation as exact as you would love it to be.  Create your ability to do so. Amazingly you can create your focus and visualisation.

Emphasise all the sounds and the colours and the feelings. Immerse yourself in this moment. Create a way to saturate yourself with all the feelings and visualisations that come with it.

You have just experienced the power of creating what you wish to visualise and how you would like something to be in your life. Focusing on what you want as opposed to what you don’t want. You can create your focus and visualisation. This is the most important ingredient. So reflect on your visualisation experience.

Choose to live the life you would love to live in the way that you would love to live it.  Put it on repeat.
