All therapy, whether Online, Telephone, or Face to Face is the same rate. Email Therapy will be charged as per time required for correspondence, case construction, and response.
Amanda offers services both Face to Face in Clinic, as well as Distance Professional Services (also known as Telehealth, Teletherapy, E-Counselling, E-Therapy, Online Counselling, and Online Therapy, and Online Conferencing).

Making a credit card payment without a credit card present attracts a 2.2% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled within 36 hours (excluding day of appointment) will be charged $100. “No Show” or “on the day cancellation” will incur full fee.
Health Funds
Clients are encouraged to check their own health funds to see if they are covered. Receipts issued contain association membership numbers (sometimes private health insurance companies would like to see these numbers). And a list of provider numbers is clearly included with each receipt. Full payment is required before you can take your receipt to claim with your private health insurance.
