The Anxiety Solutions for Kids Sessions

These sessions are super fun and super interactive.

Great for kids who have developed the patterns of worrying e.g. separating from parents, going on excursions, speeches, sports games etc.  

Also great for kids who don’t have any patterns of worries as they can learn skills and gain an understanding of how to prevent /deal with situations as they arise, or to help a friend /family member through it.

Anxiety solutions for kids fun activities are created from mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, brain research, and positive psychology.  

The aim is to help children manage anxious thoughts, create well being and build resilience.

All activities are solution oriented so that kids learn to re-route the brain quickly.

We learn anxiety and so we can unlearn it.

All children whether they encounter anxiety or not, will benefit.
