Welcome to being the best you that you can be and you can be the best you through self awareness, acceptance of yourself, the choices you have, and changing any behaviours needed. Work towards being the best you.

START MAKING A MOVE

Move yourself from where you are right now to a place of self-empowerment. Feeling more alive and in charge of yourself. Become persistent to creating and maintaining a growth mindset and constant fulfilment and happiness. 

HOW TO WORK TOWARDS BEING THE BEST YOU

There is a process to understand this. First you must become consciously self aware. You can do this by asking yourself some questions about you. Look at your beliefs about yourself about others and the world around you.

GOALS: WORK TOWARDS BEING THE BEST YOU

Set some goals for yourself. Create goals for learning, romance, family, friends, health, finances, career, physical environment, fun, experimenting, and for just personal growth. Work towards being the best you.

BELIEFS

Consider if your beliefs allow you to work towards your goals or do they block them.

Identify your strategies of how you do things. Knowing how you do what you do is becoming consciously aware of yourself. What should your beliefs be about yourself if you are to thrive or to continue growing.

LET GO: WORK TOWARDS BEING THE BEST YOU

Look at your life and decide what do you need to let go of. Letting go gives you so much freedom. Beliefs that are not doing you any good should be noticed. What would you do if you knew you would be successful, thinK beyond and search for the answer.

ACCEPTANCE

Accept yourself.  Accept that it is what it is. Past and future thoughts are not helpful if you invite them into the present moment. Learn to let go of blame, judgment, criticism and expectations.  Forgiveness becomes crucial for progress. Forgive yourself and others, and situations. Love and Peace live best in the present moment.

It’s acceptable (infact advisable) to talk to yourself like you are talking to someone you love. You need a healthy self-esteem and a healthy self concept. Your life is yours to live and you are entitled to live it as best as you can at any available moment. LIve the best way that you can and do not wait for someone else to love and accept you or to be recognized for your worth.  You don’t needs others to approve of you or to judge you.  Have faith in yourself.

STRENGTHS AND GRATITUDE

Accept your own strengths and abilities. Accept and acknowledge your skills and attributes and all of the wonderful things that make up all of you. Use gratitude and  acknowledge yourself with your strengths.

Your achievements, skills and qualities play an important role.  You are constantly building and creating these throughout your life. Concentrate and choose your focus your language. Stand tall, physiology carries your emotional state. Practice gratitude. You can build true feelings of empowerment in your life. Work towards being the best you.

YOU HAVE CHOICE

Make yourself believe that you always have choice. Create it. Giving yourself choice helps you move from a stuck position to one of progress. We choose to assign meaning to events on their own. So be careful of what meanings you assign. They actually have no meaning. Whatever you choose to focus on will grow.  Just like that saying, ‘that which you resist, shall persist’.

This also means that if you choose to worry, then this is like praying for what you don’t want. So carefully choose your focus. You can learn to choose and change your focus and choose your language. The language you use to describe your experience will usually become your experience.  Try this and you will see for yourself.

YOUR LANGUAGE

Be rich and creative with your language and you may experience more choices and more variety in your life. Do not be afraid to be creative. Be creative enough to create variety.  Be not afraid of mistakes. Work towards being the best you.

EMOTIONAL WORDS

Emotional words carry a large amount of substance which can have an impact on your physical or emotional state in either a positive or a negative way.

Tell your story as you want it to be.  How you want it to be heard and how you want it to be told /delivered.  Then discover what happens. 

PHYSIOLOGY

Notice your physiology when you are feeling down in your mood,  and also when you are experiencing a good mood. Focus on your breathing.  Breath well.  Breath clear.  Have your heard of the notion of ‘motion creates emotion’?  So how do you like to move?

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Be in charge of your emotional state. Create awareness of your own and other people’s emotions. Learn to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately. Be able to use emotional information for guidance and expertise, thinking and behavior. Doing this leads to emotional intelligence. Work towards being the best you.

POSITIVE VISUALISATION

Consider which emotions you wish to enhance. Positive visualization is a powerful tool to exercise. You should practice mental rehearsal. This is good for any age. Visualizing a future or past event can also assist you in choosing an emotional state that you wish to experience in any given moment.  Here you can learn to self generate your desired emotional experience. 

GRATITUDE: WORK TOWARDS BEING THE BEST YOU

Choose gratitude. Work towards being the best you. Bring happiness to the present moment and enjoy it so you can experience these feelings that you wish to feel more often. To do this you must embrace gratitude.  Be creative and experience it in a variety of ways.

MEMORABLE MOMENTS

Look at the moments in your day which are memorable or create a amazing feelings. They are everywhere if you just pay attention.  So pay attention so that you don’t miss them. You will find them in your interactions with other people and within nature. Connect yourself with creative, play, movement ,and sports. 

REDESIGNING: WORK TOWARDS BEING THE BEST YOU

Now evaluate what area of your life you wish to redesign. Describe and reframe it with better language Relax, breath easy and close your eyes. Visualize your new desired outcome, using process and steps.  Remember your plan is important. Focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want. Work towards being the best you.

ITS UP TO YOU

Choose the life that you wish to live. You know the quote. If it’s going to be it’s up to me. Get to know this statement. Do something different for yourself. Work towards being the best you.

LOSE THE FEAR

When you do something and take action, no matter how small the step, this replaces feelings of fear of where or how to begin. Don’t wait to feel motivated.  I’m not a strong believer on motivation.  You just need to ‘act’.  Do one thing at a time. Take small steps.

KEEP MOVING: WORK TOWARDS BEING THE BEST YOU

Work on your goal. Even if it doesn’t work the first time just take another step forward towards progress. Plan the steps you can take and go and do it. Just keep doing and moving. Work towards being the best you.

PRACTICE

You will need to practice, practice and repeat. Revisit and persist again and again and again. New actions will lead to new outcomes. Outcomes will lead to new awareness. New awareness will lead to new acceptance. New acceptance will lead to new choices.  Here is your new pathway.

Allow yourself to feel emotions and to be connected with who you really are. Have pride in yourself. Be kind, be present, and let go of past regrets. If you need to, forgive yourself for any reason you see fit. Now go and be the best version of you that you can be.
