Below are a list of promotions specially selected for March.

If anything interests you please book in early, and feel free to pass this information on to anyone who may be interested.  Remember we are all here to do the best we can and be the best versions of ourselves.  Good luck.

1. Living beyond your beliefs

Suitable for adults: $400 per person for a 4 session package

1.Properly form realistic goals

2. Address the beliefs within you which are restricting you

3. Access your own tools

4. And begin to wake up and work towards making it all happen

You will be provided with a deeper understanding of concepts and tools by applying concepts of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).  You will receive the best results as you ‘engage all of your senses’.

All sections are ‘interactive’ and designed to inspire and challenge you. And to help you identify and release restricting or limiting beliefs.

You will have time to absorb the concepts, and enjoy the process, as you begin to feel the power of your unconscious mind.

Accessing the power of your unconscious (subconscious) mind will enable you to reach your goals much more quickly as you release old beliefs, behaviours, and patterns which no longer serve you!

Creating what you want begins with taking responsibility for your life and taking action to bring your goals into reality.

All transformation is a personal journey, unique to each individual. Good luck and allow yourself to be the ‘best you’ you can be!!

2. Homework focus, concentration and motivation

Suitable for kids and teens: $30 for 1 hour.

Individuals or small groups welcome.

A popular package for 2018, so I am placing it early in 2019.  March is the month when things get busy; kids have settled in and homework pressures are escalating.  Some kids may benefit from learning new skills to better their performance.  Perhaps all they need is to discover their strengths and plan for a better year.  In this session I will teach kids /teens how to best focus, concentrate and work towards completing tasks and being organised.  Doing our best is what we need.  Being prepared is key to success.  I will look at what is working and not working and help create a plan of action for each child.  NLP (neurolinguistic programming) techniques will be used.  A brief chat with a parent /guardian will also be beneficial before the session.

3. Road to calm

Audio Sessions:

Suitable for adults: $30 per session per person [up to 3 people]

The audios help with staying calm and covers issues of: stress, overwhelm, empathy, positivity, worry, panic, loneliness, helplessness, frustration, anger, betrayal, criticism, shame, resentment, and more.

Careful thought will be placed with which tracks are played to allow the needs of each participant to be met.  Get ready for a feeling of calm acceptance when you leave.  You will discover that you have your own inner resources which you can call upon; the audios will be a kind and gentle reminder of how to access them.

4. Meditations to change your brain

Audio Sessions:

Suitable for adults: 3-4 sessions: $30 per session per person [up to 3 people]

These audios have proven popular over time.  Great for anyone who wants to be guided by some education, and then follow through with a meditation to focus  whilst relaxing.  A great opportunity for new learnings to take place.

Even though you are guided by the audio, you still have a sense of responsibility and control to engage in the process to the best of your ability to create your ideal pathway to change.  Go ahead and challenge yourself.

5. Be mindful [teens]

One session: $80 per person

Mindfulness is noticing your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations in the present moment without judgement.

In these sessions, whether individual, group, or during my workshops, I show kids and teens lots of ways to be present in their life as it is actually taking place.

I aim for participants to be in the here and now with less thinking about the past or worrying about the future.

They become daily mindfulness tools for kids and teens, when they are feeling anxious, moody, angry, or just need to relax.

Being mindful is useful in managing everyday stressors such as:

School pressures

Worrying about things that need to be done

Relationship problems

Difficulties in paying attention and focusing

Feeling overwhelmed with commitments and time demands.

Three themes /topics that the activities fall under include:

Paying Attention With Senses

The easiest way to be mindful is to pay attention to your senses in anything you do.

For example,

Just Breathe

You are always breathing.

Your breath is always there with you.

…Notice your breath right now

Notice where you breathe in.

Through your mouth or nose?

Notice where you breathe out.

Through your mouth or nose?

Self Care

Part of being mindful is to be aware of your relationship to other people and to yourself.

For example,

Kindness to Another

Do or say something nice to someone else today for no reason.

Notice what it feels like when you are kind to another.

Always Consider Other Responses Now

We often get stuck in our minds and our thinking. In these activities, kids and teens are asked to consider different ways of thinking, responding and reacting.

For example,

Past, Now, Future

Write down all of your thoughts for the next 2-3 minutes.

Now label each thought as a past, now or future thought.

Afterwards look at the number of thoughts that are labeled as “now”.

Anything surprise you?

6. Single session hypnosis: child birth and woman issues e.g. cramps, prep for surgery etc

One session: $200

There has been quite an interest in such topic(s).  Hypnosis or guided imagery is used to relax and enter a focus of a positive journey.  As exciting as this time may be, it is also a worrying time.  Anxious feelings pop up and crowd out our pleasant expectancies.  Many womens issues are medical and must be seen by a qualified physician.  Coming in for a hypnosis session is for pure relaxation and guided imagery to suit the individual.  It does not replace medical treatment.  The aim is to walk out of the session with a feeling of comfort knowing you have the power to contribute to your thoughts and unleash your resources to access in times of need.

It’s always rewarding to hear that women utilise the sessions by adding them to their skill sets.

I hope some of these packages appeal to your wellbeing or personal development.
