25 Jan LOOK AT YOURSELF WITH POTENTIAL?
Have you ever looked at yourself with potential? In other words, are you the type of person who is enthusiastic? To clarity, dig deeper and search for what you are passionate about. It is useful to follow our passion. We often say this to kids, and we often forget to do it for ourselves.
TAKE A MOMENT
If you take a moment now to focus your attention on your actions, you can decide if you are doing enough to serve your interests. In other words, ask yourself what more you can do to maintain your focus and engagement in what you find passionate.
ONE SMALL STEP
Perhaps this is an opportunity to exercise determination. Consider it determination to strive closer to your goals. In addition, some people struggle with moving forward. On the other hand, I’m going to suggest that all you need to do is take “one” small step. That is to say, that’s all you need to get moving. Certainly then you can determine the next step and so on. After all, it’s up to you to determine your steps, so get onto it.
JUST DO IT
If you are feeling afraid to make that next move, ask yourself what you are afraid of? Have you not looked at yourself with potential? Would you let your child let fear get in the way? So what can you tell yourself so that you can feel that fear and do it anyway?
CALL IT COURAGE
Some people complain they don’t have the confidence. I’m going to say, what you need more is “courage”, not confidence. When you watch a child be courageous, what are they doing? Exactly that….they are “doing”. They take action. Action is courage.
WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO SEE
Have a look at what your picture of success looks like for you. In fact, let me say, create your own picture. Further more, be your own photographer. Importantly, your imagination can have amazing lenses.
In summary each day you create lots of successes. To clarify, “lots” of successful moments. Acknowledge them. Its good for your health. You should see yourself with potential.. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful pathway to visualise your own success.
Most importantly, have a wonderful, healthy and successful day.
