Dear friends of Positive Thinking Clinic,

Seems the year has surely proven tough!  Mental wellness is our main concern as it’s something that I can offer.  The message is clear, under every circumstance do not allow your mental wellness to be neglected.

Below I have listed promotions for the month of July.  

Whilst I specialise in adult one:one sessions, I am also an expert with “kids and teens”. 

I offer workshops and programs to suit both individual and group needs.
