Accept your strengths and abilities, accept and acknowledge your skills and attributes, and all of the wonderful things that make up YOU

Now acknowledge yourself; acknowledge your strengths, accomplishments, skills, and qualities.

You choose and you can then build true feelings of empowerment in your life.  You choose to make yourself believe that you ALWAYS have choice.  Giving yourself choice helps you move from a ‘stuck’ position.

When you do something, you take action, no matter how small the step.  This focus replaces your feelings of fear of where or how to begin or of what might happen.

Don’t wait to feel motivated or ready. 

You will need to practice, repeat, revisit, and persist again and again and again.

SO, new actions will lead to new outcomes; new outcomes will lead to new awareness; new awareness will lead to new acceptance; new acceptance will lead to new choices; and new choices / decisions will lead to new actions.

Stop smoking

This is a 2 session package costing $500 per person

Session 1: I get to know your individual smoking behaviours and triggers, while helping you reframe and build a powerful mindset with hypnosis and NLP exercises.

Session 2: I use your personal situation with powerful hypnotherapy techniques and advanced NLP exercises, in a unique enjoyable experience so that you leave as a calm and confident non-smoker.

After the session you will be invited to return to listen to an e-book relevant to smoking cessation. *Free of charge.

You may also be invited to listen to other audios on habit change, and another ebook on weight control.  *Free of charge.  

*Individual needs will be discussed with each client.

Single session hypnosis offer: blood pressure

$200 single session 90 min

If you suffer high blood pressure, why not come for a single session.  In recent times it has become quite popular to have just one session. Come and see what you can do with just that.  Good luck with your curiosity.

Hypno-band

This is a 4 session intense package costing $1000 per person

As a licensed practitioner I can help you lose that excess weight and keep it off.  

It is important that you are in good health (I will need to conduct a health assessment on you during the initial consultation) and you must be totally committed.  It is also recommended that the participant has a BMI of 30 or more.

The program is as follows:

Initial consultation: Education and Assessment

Session 1: Behaviour Change

Session 2: Pre-op

Session 3: “Hypno” Surgery

Session 4: Adjustment or reinforcement

Over the 4 sessions I will take you through a process of having a gastric band fitted, but only in your mind.

By using suggestion and visualisation your mind will be convinced that your stomach has become smaller and that you need less food.

Teens workshops: relaxation, confidence, meditations, self empowerment

Monday 7 January, Wednesday 9 January, Friday 18 January

3:30pm-4:30pm $20 per teen

These workshops with teens will promote a combination of conversation and guided visualisations /meditations.  The dynamics (and goals) in the group will determine how it will be structured.  The teens will be part of the decision making process to see what will benefit.  Techniques used revolve around feelings, speaking deeply (or just listening if preferred), tips for teen years, friendship issues, discovering strengths, guided visualisations /meditations, life tweaking tips, gratitude lists, self compassion and mindfulness, anger, and the list goes on.  Basically it’s a safe place for a small number of teens to come relax, be creative, be spontaneous and leave feeling empowered.  If teens bring one goal /request then we can implement this.  Otherwise, teens are welcome to come along and just listen to guided imagery, some NLP techniques may be used with lots of skills taught.  No one is pressured into anything at all.  Teen observers welcome.

Guided imagery for kids for inner peace

This is an audio session with empowering interactions:

Tuesday 8 January 3:30pm-4:30pm $20 per child

The imagery in this session provides soothing guided journeys to inner peace, driven by the power of the child’s imagination.  The aim is to transform stress and anxiety into joy and success.  Children will feel relaxed, confident and discover their rich and creative inner resources.  They will use this discovery to solve many of their everyday challenges.

Guided imagery for kids to transform stress and anxiety into joy and success

This is an audio session with empowering interactions:

Friday 11 January 3:30pm – 4:30pm $20 per child

This session offers guided meditations which start with the important foundation skill of self-love.  Children will encounter feeling safe, staying healthy, sleeping soundly, comforting grief, creating inner peace, reaching positive goals, and it ends with connecting with their heart.  These offer the basis for good relationships with family and friends.

Kids workshop: creating wellness tools

Monday 14 January 3:30pm-4:30pm, $25 per child

This session will be dedicated to kids creating wellness tools to take home.  They will also explore scenarios how to use their tools.  These skills are very important not just for kids, but also for anyone of any age.  Below is a list of areas they will document skills /tools for:

Kids workshop: anxiety and starting school

Saturday 19 January 3:30pm-4:30pm, $25 per child

This workshop is beneficial for all children.  Most children encounter anxiety before school starts.  It offers comfort to offer a session on this topic where a variety of concerns can be discussed and my aim will be to offer new ways to view things.  In particular my aim for this workshop is to turn most anxious thoughts into exciting thoughts.  With the comfort and support of the group, this shall prove to be a great start to the new year.  I will aim to turn starting school from an anxious feeling, to a feeling of being excited.

Kids workshop: anxiety and bullying

Tuesday 22 January 3:30pm-$:30pm, $25 per child

Bullying is a workshop that most kids and families ask for.  I prefer not to call it bullying, but its now got a universal meaning to it and this means most people know what its about.  I rather see it as teaching kids their rights, and to be resilient and to know what to do.  I have discovered that most kids are very knowledgable about this topic, its thoroughly discussed at schools, but kids love talking about it.  And because they love the discussion it offers lots of comfort to the kids in the group (I guess the positive here is that kids feel safe to speak).  The session revolves around feelings of anxiety and solutions to bullying, ways of thinking, and behaving for all children to be their best selves.

Kids workshop: anxiety and anger

Monday 28 January 3:30pm, $25 per child

Anxiety and anger have an interesting connection.  I like to include anxiety in all my sessions because its useful to have tools, and an understanding of feared situations that may arise.  Anger is not a bad thing.  I like to teach kids how to respond rather than how to react…. And anger can be a message to oneself. It’s when we lose control that anger becomes a problem with one self and relationships with others.  I teach kids to get to know their anger and how to tame their anger.  A very useful and relevant workshop for all.  Not all anger is bad.  Let be in control of our responses and relax our reactions.
