I have hourly rates and package rates which are current and located on my website under “services and treatment” and “fees”.  There are no other costs involved.  Sessions are generally one hour long.

No extra charge.  Sometimes sessions may run a few minutes over, but generally all sessions run on time.

Yes I take notes to assist plan the session, and yes you can read them if you wish.  Notes are taken either electronically (password protected), or by paper (stored in a locked cupboard).  Hypnosis sessions are usually recorded with client permission and client uses their own device (usually phone).  This is so that the client can take the recording home and listen to it again.

What are your qualifications and are they recognised?

My qualifications are listed on my website in detail under “about” “qualifications” and you will also find my “professional development” and “professional affiliations”.  Please visit this page as it is quite extensive.  In short, I am an Early Childhood Teacher, NLP Master, Professional Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist….and a little bit more as mentioned in my website.  My qualifications are recognised and accredited by a state government authority as well as peak industry bodies.  All qualifications are displayed on my wall for further visual clarity.

Beware, Counselling in Australia is an unregulated industry, so anyone can claim to be a Counsellor.  I certainly meet minimum industry standards which include relevant education, experience, professional supervision and ongoing professional development.
