Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling combined with certain worried thoughts.

Usually there is a feeling first.
E.g. sick feeling
dizziness, or
tightness in the chest

It only becomes ANXIETY when we think it’s a problem.

If we think its just a feeling or just a thought, it may not be a problem at all.

Anything we feel is a mixture of;
1. Physiology (something in the body), and
2. Focus (where we put our attention).

When we feel something that we don’t like, we may zero in and worry about it…… this leads to ANXIETY

Just know, we learn anxiety, and so we can unlearn it.

Using deliberate attentional control, you can direct your mind towards a different direction (anytime you need to).

Solution oriented strategies are a great way to re-route the brain into another zone.
