RELAXATION AND MEDITATION FOR TEENS

What can we do to help our teenagers relax?  What would happen if they allocated some time to deliberately relax and meditate?  Would they develop better coping skills? Will they focus and concentrate better?

Lets say the answer is yes.

At the clinic we deliberately have an hours worth of focused breathing, relaxation, exercise, and meditation.

When our teens say “but I don’t need that…”    

 I feel so rewarded when they leave saying “gee I needed that”

I think from now on I’ll get a before and after comment from each one, just to notice the change in “brain”!

The relaxation and meditation practices that the teens participate in are designed to help them meet the challenges of our competitive, high speed, highly technical, and busy world.

By doing regular practice, our teenagers will improve their concentration, enhance their creativity, and above all, deepen their self awareness and self esteem.

Bring a water bottle, bring a towel, bring a friend, bring a smile.
